Tribes Digital Limited (TDL) was founded in New Zealand in 2022 by Varun Sharma, a technology leader with decades of experience delivering complex IT and digital transformation programs across global enterprises.

Varun recognised a clear gap in the market — while large multinationals continue to focus on the US and European markets, New Zealand businesses were often left underserved or constrained by limited access to specialist expertise. Tribes Digital was created to change that.

TDL brings together a network of niche services — or tribes — from across the world, uniting under one banner to deliver high-quality, outcome-driven IT consulting and implementation services.
